Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Missed deliveries due to incorrect info are not refundable.
Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. Unclaimed orders may be discarded without refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours. We may issue a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

6. Loyalty Programs and Promotions

Offers and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Loyalty points (if applicable) have no cash value and may expire.

7. Reservation Policy

Reservations may be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Parties arriving late or with fewer guests may be seated at the next available opportunity.
